By accessing or using FunkyPollen ("the Service"), operated at funkypollen.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FunkyPollen is an AI-powered platform that discovers and validates startup ideas by cross-pollinating signals from multiple online sources including Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt, GitHub, YouTube, arXiv, and others. The Service provides idea exploration, AI-driven scoring, multi-agent validation (Strike Team), collections, bounties, and related features.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

4. Subscription Tiers and Payments

FunkyPollen offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. The Free tier provides limited access to features. The Pro tier requires a paid subscription processed through Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service or our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond what is permitted by our API and your subscription tier
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by FunkyPollen and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission.

Ideas displayed on the platform are synthesized from publicly available sources. FunkyPollen does not claim ownership of the underlying concepts. However, the specific presentation, scoring, analysis, and validation reports generated by our platform are our intellectual property.

7. User Content

By submitting content to the Service (such as collections, votes, or bounty descriptions), you grant FunkyPollen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of any original content you create.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Startup ideas, scores, AI validation results, and other content on the platform are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute business, investment, legal, or financial advice. You should conduct your own due diligence before acting on any idea or analysis provided by the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, scores, or validation results. AI models can produce incorrect or biased outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunkyPollen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property provisions) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms
